color / cut adjustments
I strive to please all guest. however, there are times where an adjustment is needed. I guarantee all colors and cuts for one week. Anything after one week will result in a price charge.
48 hour cancellation / no show
a 48 hour cancellation is required so I may fill the appointment time. in the event of cancellation within the 48 hour window, a 50% fee of booked service will be required before booking your next appointment.
a no show fee is 100% of the service.
NBR Extensions
A $500 non refundable Deposit is required in order to book this service
no refunds will be issued. I strive to make you happy and will work with you accordingly.
